Progress, quality, and achievement of project activities will be ensured by the Consortium through a series of procedures that will ensure continuous monitoring and assessment of project processes and results.
The tools and procedures above mentioned will be the key parts of the Project Quality Plan implemented by the partner in charge of the Quality Management- Applicant organization.
The Quality Plan will detail measures and mechanisms to ensure the following:
A) INTERNAL COMMUNICATION. The results of the monitoring activities will be periodically reported to the coordinator. In case some issues arise, the coordinator will inform all the partners and ask for a virtual meeting of the Steering Committee.
B) QUALITY OF PARTNERS' COOPERATION. The agenda of each transnational partners' meeting will be prepared in advance by the hosting organization and shared online with a view to ensuring visibility, debate as well as an opportunity for applying possible last-time changes and adjustments. Following the meetings, detailed minutes will be shared by the organizers. An evaluation grid for continuous monitoring of each meeting will be proposed by the Quality Manager and evaluation and agreed by all partners. It will be filled at the end of each transnational meeting by all participants.
C) MONITORING OF PROJECT PROCESSES. Moreover, the Quality Manager will constantly monitor project processes under the perspective of respect of established deadlines for delivery and quality of outputs by each partner. Arrangements for early warning of potential and actual quality and time management breaches will be put in place building on email and online coordination instruments. D) FINAL EVALUATION. A specific Final Evaluation Meeting will be implemented at the final stage of the project as a means to deliver on a thorough assessment of project processes, results, and outputs as well as to assess the initial stages of project impact on the identified targets and stakeholders.
