The achievement of this objective will contribute to identify the capacity to both foster young people competences in circular economy and entrepreneurship and address the persistent and urgent social and environmental challenges of the waste management industry. The Training Format explores the perceived challenges experienced by young people at risk of exclusion as persons with lower income, lack of education or belonging to ethnic minorities in building green skills and competences to allow them to prevail, providing knowledge and methods on how to design new products, turn their ideas into business plans and turn those plans into demonstrative activities for the collection, treatment and the re-use of furniture bulky waste. The JSTE will contain activities based on NFE methodology that will allow youth educators to implement specific trainings adapted for young people at risk of exclusion as persons with lower income, lack of education or belonging to ethnic minorities in pursuit of developing a career or entrepreneurship from furniture waste management.
